Everyone is looking for a Buddy!!!
Buddy is a 6 year old, 10 lb purebred chihuahua that redefines snuggle bug! He loves to sit on the lap of his human and just cuddle all the time! If your lap is not free, he insists on hiding under a blanket to stay warm and snug! He is house-trained and wee-wee pad trained - making him a tidy little gent! Buddy only has 3 legs and some vision loss in one eye- but not even that keeps him down! He would be great with other dogs, cats and older children. **Please note that our dogs may be located in foster homes around NJ and the NYC area. It would be a great help to us if you can pick up your dog from transport, which is centrally located from Northern NJ and NYC, or foster home.**

Please do not submit an inquiry if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us. Our adoption fee is $475. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where it is kept for a minimum of 2 weeks for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. After the 2 week quarantine time they are spayed/neutered and fully vetted. They are then placed on the website. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested in it, we make arrangements with the waiting foster to pick the animal up from the airport to then meet with the potential adopter.
