Oscar is too cute to resist! He is a Maltese mix just three months old and weighing a bit less than 7 pounds currently. He will remain a small dog. He is the epitome of the perfect lap dog. He just wants to be loved and cuddled. Oscar has a friendly disposition and loves to play with all the other puppies. He was rescued by our sister organization in Mexico where he was neutered, dewormed and vaccinated. Oscar is waiting for that perfect home and is available for adoption in the Vancouver/Victoria, BC area. We know this cutie will be in demand so get your application in now at info.pvca@gmail.com.
