Doc--what's to say about this handsome guy? Doc is sweet and gentle, and he just happens to be all dressed up in his tux, in case you want to take him to your next wedding or upcoming graduation. When you look into his big gold eyes, you can see how pensive he is. It's almost like he's dreaming of a family of his very own. If you have room in your heart and home for a guy like Doc, then he may very well be the boy for you. Doc needs to be be tested with cats and dogs, but he seems to be a guy who could get along with anyone. He is 10 months old, just a baby. He would love to meet you, so please come in soon and ask to visit with him. He can't wait to see you!

About Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter

About Our Shelter...

We believe all animals are deserving of life, respect and care. Our goal is zero-population-growth through spay/neuter programs and services that focus on education, medical care, fostering and adoption. Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization which started in 1996. The shelter takes in homeless, abused, and abandoned animals in the city of Manchester. We provide shelter, medical care, and spay/neuter to every animal that comes through our doors. In operation for nearly two decades, the shelter has helped provide care and find loving homes for over 20,000 animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Both dogs and cats and other pets we may have available for adoption can be met at the Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter at 490 Dunbarton Rd in Manchester.

We also rescue southern dogs several times a month. These dogs go into foster homes as they wait to be adopted. Applications can be filled out at the shelter at 490 Dunbarton Rd. Once approved a meeting will be set up.

We also have cats at PetSmart at 777 South Willow Street in Manchester NH. PetSmart Adoption hours are Monday - Friday 6-8 PM (except Wed) and weekends 1-3 PM. In addition we have cats at Petco in Manchester. You can meet them anytime during store hours, just ask for a manager.
