HARRISON's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

HARRISON's Story...
Harrison was at a high kill shelter and had a microchip bud sadly, no one came for him. We saved him and now he is safe. Harrison is about 3 years old, 35 pounds and is a very sweet boy. He is a very interesting mix and quite a unique boy. Our best guess is that he is Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier mix. He is good with dogs and is currently fostered with another dog his size. But on leash, he gets a little anxious when meeting new dogs so he needs a slow, proper introduction. He is working on his leash manners and enjoys riding in the car. He enjoys his walks and will need someone who has the time to exercise him. He is housebroken and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HARRISON, a Los Angeles Miniature Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer/Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
