Here's what the humans have to say about me:
9 years old.
Fancy (who more commonly goes by "Monkey") is a beautiful, affectionate girl who is looking for a new home. She belonged to current caregiver's mother, who passed away recently, and as she is relatively skittish around dogs, so they are not able to keep her with them. That being said, they are really enjoying their time as her foster-mum.
Fancy likes to sit on the pillow beside your head and purr, and will reach out to gently touch your face with her fuzzy paws, or lick your finger to show she's happy to see you. She does take a little bit of time to warm up, but is playful and happy once she gets her bearings.
Ideally she would do best in a quiet home without kids or dogs, where she gets to be the fluffy queen of the castle. She enjoys music, catnip, and sliding along hardwood floors in pursuit of a laser pointer. She was vaccinated and had a full dental cleaning last month. Please give Amy a shout if you'd like to visit her; Fancy really looks forward to meeting her future family.
Fancy is participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue.
