My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poppy here and I am going to make a wish upon a star… rumour has it that now and then your wish comes true. It’s pretty obvious what I am hoping for … a new home. I was a stray wandering the streets wondering why my family was not out looking for me. I’d rather not dwell on my homelessness, so to make a long story short – I am on the lookout for a committed family. I am wonderful with humans; there is no such thing as a stranger to me! I get along with other dogs but I would be equally happy to be number one in your books. I need to get this whole toilet training thing down as it seems to make people really happy when I save it for the outdoors. I agree with keeping my crate clean and I am a quick learner so that will come in handy. Since I’d didn’t come with much history, older, respectful children would best suit me. Although, I am about 8 years old, don’t think that I intend to sleep away the day. A few good walks a day will keep me happy and healthy. You are looking at a super affectionate dog who is ready to soak up some of your attention; I’d say am well on my way to becoming a fantastic canine companion. Isn’t that what you are looking for?
