Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are still looking for a Foster or Forever home for Lady. She is a one year old Yorkie or Silkie and only weighs 7 lbs.
Lady has some separation anxiety. She is not destructive she just needs to be near her person and follows them everywhere. The first few weeks, she won't eat unless her person is next to her and she won't go potty outside unless her person goes with her. She is puppy pad trained. After she has settled in and feels not confident, she gets better about eating and going outside. She is currently in a foster with other dogs and she follows them
Lady would need someone who is home a lot and who adores being adored by their dog. Someone to let her sleep on the bed and help her gain confidence. She has had a sad start in life and needs that confidence of her own to feel more secure about life. She loves belly rubs and wants to sit with her person all the time. She doesn't understand toys. She is just a little torture soul. :(
She is good with dogs and okay with the cats until they run. She is not good with kids. She does not bite but if they get up to go somewhere she barks and chases behind them. She is possessive not protective of you understand the difference in dog behavior.
