Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cesar is a 5 yr old, 15 lb Miniature Pinscher Chihuahua mix. What we know so far about Cesar is he was turned into our local shelter as a stray. He was really, really scared in the shelter environment. Cesar is shy at first, but very sweet once he gets to know you. He is good with other dogs, good in the car, leash trained, and house trained.
