Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bowser - gray hair/medium
Very curious and affectionate. If there is something going on in the
house, he will find it and observe -- not afraid to get in the middle of
things. Loves toys and will occasionally bring one to you and make a
few attempts to play "fetch". When food time approaches he will become
your shadow, and when you try to wind down and relax for the evening so
will he -- on your lap, head, feet...wherever you allow him to. Despite
his soft and cuddly looks he tries to be an alpha cat and will defend
"his spot", try to steal table food, and pick a fight with his brother
cat...only to later be found innocently kneading a soft spot to fall
asleep. Regular checkups at Nonantum Veterinary Clinic, up to date on
shots, healthy weight.
Gannon - brown tabby/short
Independent adventurer with a sweet side. Loves to explore his world to
the fullest (and beg to go outside for more) and is often found watching
birds from a window sill or climbing to the highest part of a room to
watch any activities. Will climb to the top of a closet, kitchen
cabinets, even a door, and then leaps his way back down without
hesitation. Loves to hunt flies or other insects that get into the
house. If there is nothing to chase, he is known to just run around the
house occasionally for no reason. But if you call his name and invite
him to sit on your lap or get a face rub, he will happily oblige. If he
is not sleeping in your lap, his favorite spots are baskets or boxes
that he can just barely fit into. Regular checkups at Nonantum
Veterinary Clinic, up to date on shots, vet calls him "the perfect
specimen."
They are both neutered, have their claws (and will let you trim them),
litter mates (probably different fathers), share a litter box and are
fed wet food only for the last 4 years or so. Bowser had some litterbox
issues if not kept very clean a few years ago so we switched to Cat
Attract and no issues since.
Don't need to stay together but are also a very good pair too!
