My story

Small puppy alert! Rowan is ready to go HOME!

Our six-month-old Pom mix has been recovering from his broken foot and the end is in sight! While he is not 100% medically cleared yet, we don’t want his forever family missing out on anymore of his life. We are officially looking for a foster-to-adopt home that will see him through the rest of his recovery and then love him for the rest of his life. While his paw is injured now, there shouldn’t be any long term issues from it at all! One his splint comes off, he’ll work on building some muscle up around it, but he has no idea he’s injured. He is such a happy go lucky guy!

Rowan is never seen without a smile. He loves to spend time with his people. While he’s not a huge snuggler, he just loves to just “be” with his loved ones. He is incredibly smart and loves to figure out puzzles and games. Rowan is incredibly silly. He loves all other dogs but is also perfectly content to go off to play with toys or chew on a treat. He is friendly with all and is happy to say hi to people with all ages, he’d prefer his forever home to not have any super little kids. He’d like to be the baby. He’s not aggressive, but instead just more comfortable with kids over 8 years old.

Rowan is only 11 pounds but has a heart that’s 5 times that size. He shows his affection with the sweetest nibbles! He is a happy boy that will make his right family the happiest!
