Facts about Rhiana

  • Breed: Corgi Mix
  • Color: Brindle - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Rhiana is a what we call a “low rider”. She’s much longer than she is tall, which is probably due to some corgi or basset genes. But that doesn’t stop her from having fun here at the farm. As a matter of fact, she plays with everybody and loves it. A big dog, a little dog, doesn’t matter. As long as they want to play and have fun. She is submissive when playing and just wants to have a good romp. She is just a little over a year old and weighs 27 pounds. She has a beautiful brindle coat that is easy to care for. She is quiet so apartment living would suit her. She is heartworm negative, up to date on all her vaccinations, crate and leash trained, microchipped and ready to make herself at home with you. If you want to meet her, please fill out our adoption application at cedarfarmrescue.com and then give us a call to confirm it’s receipt. We’ll answer any questions you may have concerning Rhiana and our adoption process and set up a time for you to come and meet her. 43160

About Cedar Farm

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small rescue in central North Carolina, devoted to finding loving, caring, permanent homes for dogs in need. We have 6 rescued dogs of our own and began assisting with rescue transports in the spring of 2005. In doing the transports and making contacts with various rescue agencies, animal control officers and shelter volunteers, we realized the need was overwhelming for places to get dogs deserving a second chance to safety and began fostering dogs in the summer of 2005. Many of the shelters we assist are in very rural areas and have virtually no adoption traffic. Some of the shelters are not well-funded and can be scary places for the public to visit. We provide a temporary home where the dogs can get out of a shelter environment or away from an abusive or neglectful situation and actively work to find qualified permanent homes for them. We insure that all dogs are up to date on age-appropriate vetting and on heartworm preventative and have them spayed or neutered if they have not already been altered. Cedar Farm, Inc. is registered as a non-profit corporation with the State of North Carolina. and has been given 501c3 status by the IRS. Donations are tax deductible.
