Figaro's previous owners moved away and abandoned him in their home with no food or water. A neighbor noticed him in the window and contacted the landlord and thankfully he was rescued! Despite his ordeal, he is a sweet and affectionate guy who will bond with people who treat him with love and respect. He is playful and curious and will likely adapt to any type of family situation.
