This Ivy will grow into your heart!

Ivy is a petite girl cat with a quiet and affectionate personality. She may appear a bit shy at first glance, but just reach out your hand and she quickly head butts it asking for pets. She winds her way around you seeking attention in her gentle way - giving and receiving love are a top priority for this lovely feline.

She came to us as a stray, but with her friendly disposition, it is obvious that she had a loving family at one point. She has accepted her change in circumstances with grace and dignity and has quickly won over staff and volunteers with her sweetness.

Ivy would do best in a home with a quiet to average activity level. She would do fine with older children and does get along with other cats.

You can meet Ivy at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in adopting Ivy, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.
