This Galaxy is a star!
Galaxy is a lovely black cat with a sweetness to her that will charm you and capture your heart.
She is a quiet and shy cat who leans out of her cubby to ask for pets and then melts into your hand to make sure she soaks up as much loving as she can. If you stop petting her, she moves forward to get your attention, looking you right in the eye imploring you to be her friend.
Galaxy is young and we don’t know her history, but we do know that in the right home she will blossom into a super loving cat who will be a faithful feline companion.
Her other likes include interactive play, catnip toys and Party Mix ;-)
Galaxy would love to be in a quieter home with a person or family that understands she needs some time to settle in – but once she does, she will shine like the brightest star!

You can meet Galaxy at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Galaxy, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.
