Newt is a male Poodle/Westie mix puppy only 5 months old. He currently weighs 9 pounds and should reach an adult weight of 16-20 pounds full grown. Newt has a fluffy snow white coat that is gently wavy and easy to brush out and maintain. He is low-shedding and his coat is medium in length. He has the cutest ears, one flopping over and the other standing up. Newt is a friendly, easygoing, non-demanding puppy that knows how to go with the flow and fits in surprisingly well with any situation despite his young age. He appears to be quite intelligent which probably explains how he is able to pick up the ways of the household so quickly. Newt sleeps all night long in a doggie bed without a peep and will stay put, waking up when you do in the morning. He is great with his potty habits already and is a joy to have inside the home because of his low maintenance personality. Newt is cutely playful with toys and also likes to play gently with other small dogs. He is more on the submissive side and likes things to remain gentle and not too rowdy. He has an adorable mischievous side whereby he will sit at your feet while you are doing laundry and make off with a sock or maybe a washcloth that happens to drop down on the floor. He is so proud of himself and will stand there with it in his mouth showing you his prize and tilting his head as if he's wondering what you think of his antics. Newt already knows how to sit on command and loves treats. He is learning how to walk on leash with a harness and rides quietly in the car. He is great with children, very gentle and loving. Newt is well on his way to being an outstanding canine citizen and would be a wonderful addition to any home. He is very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Newt’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, UTD on VACCINATIONS, DEWORMED and DEFLEAED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
