Bart's Story...
SO CUTE! We have taken these darling little xolos into our rescue! Bart and Katy are a bonded six years old pair, vet checked, dentals completed, spayed, altered, microchipped and heart worm tested. They are on HW prevention. Bart weights 7 pounds and Katie weighs 8 pounds. They LOVE their people and want to be together. They are cuddly little lap dogs. They love treats, toys, and did I say treats? Katie is a little timid, but once she gets to know you she is sweet, loving and wants attention. Bart is a love bug! On his first day with his foster he found his way under her shirt and stuck his head out the top and stayed there! They really prefer a little more laid back house and are "ok" with kitties, but not big dogs, and children are sort of loud and not their thing. They love car rides (especially to get treats). Located in Indiana.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bart, a Dallas Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua breeders who help with Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
