Mrs. Buttersworth's Story...
Mrs. Buttersworth is an absolute dream. She was found as a stray by a mom with two young children. She rode in between a car seat and a 2 year old to FACE and was very gentle with them. She is quite large and strong but walks very well on a leash without pulling too much. She would do amazing as a family pet! When meeting dogs she has been different with each one. We would be happy to set up a meet and greet with your pup if you are interested!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mrs. Buttersworth, a Indianapolis Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
