cheyanne's Info...

cheyanne's Story...
Cheyanne is an adorable 14 week old lab hound mix pup. This is probably one of the sweetest puppies you will meet. She is so kind and happy to all she meets. She likes to play with other dogs and people are very important to her. This girl is all heart! A puppy commitment is necessary to help her along as she matures and needs guidance on housetraining and things of that nature. A fence yard is recommended for her because she enjoys her playtime very much so. This is going to be one super loyal and sweet adult dog for someone. Just wait until you meet her, you will see the sincere sweetness of this girl.

We recommend and encourage you to complete an application at http://henricohumane.org/adopt/application-for-dogs/ before coming to our next adoption event. To find out if I will be attending our next adoption event, please email dogs@henricohumane.org.

Adoption events are every Saturday, excluding holidays, at the Petco located at 11331 W. Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA (next to Trader Joe’s) from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

cheyanne, a Richmond Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
