Herbert was found on the side of a busy Covington highway by a very kind lady, and she thankfully picked him up before he could be hurt. Covered in fleas and dehydrated, Herbert made his way to us, where he is now enjoying his time in a foster home. He is ready for his perfect permanent one to come around now, though! He is very, VERY playful, and equally as affectionate. He would do fine in a house with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs. Can you be his new family?
