Boscoe's Story...
Boscoe was a stray dumped on a rural Georgia road and left to die. He was found by a passer-by and turned into Animal Control where he was going to be killed unless a rescue took him. Rescue picked him up and promised him a wonderful life. He is a playful puppy who would love a friend to play with and a yard to run in. He loves to cuddle. He would do well with basic training and learns quickly. He would also do well with an active family, joining in on walks and activities. He's a great family dog and does great with other dogs

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boscoe, a Kittery Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Kittery, or seeking a Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Kittery.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kittery already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kittery breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Beagle/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kittery paves the way for another one to be saved.
