JIGGS is a 3 year old shih Tzu that was found skinny, matted and running as a stray. But none of that dampened this little dog's spirit. He's as happy and carefree as a dog can be. He weighs about 18 lbs and is always wiggling with happiness. He gets along well with other dogs but people are the light of his life. JIGGS will do best in an active home.
