42lb mystery mix (maybe border collie and some sort of terrier), llooks a bit tough on the outside but is super sweet! He survived the streets for many months and arrived emaciated, mangey and beat up. He is now a healthy weight, current on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and ready for a home. He is fine with dogs that don't threaten him, but shouldn't be trusted around cats.
