My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neptune is the most laid back of this litter of five. He is as happy finding a place to relax as he is chasing his siblings. He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings or another kitten to play with.

Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Kittens really need a playmate in their forever home…and then they can play and snuggle while you're not home. Check out our Pick A Pair page to see if one of his siblings is still available.

If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements.

You can meet Neptune at his current foster home, Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., 7 days a week during normal store hours. (www.wilmettepetcenter.com, 847-251-6750). Although he is so sweet you will want to take him home on the spot, you will need to submit an application.

Neptune’s estimated date of birth is 4/8/17. His adoption fee of $140.00 includes his vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, microchip and neuter.
