Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SWEET, SWEET, SWEET! Sherrie is a real sweetheart…she loves to play and cuddle with her brother, just check out her pictures! She is ready for action and will turn anything on the floor into a toy. One of her personal favorites is a crunched up piece of paper! Sherrie is also ALWAYS ready to be picked up for some one on one time with her human. She will totally relax in your hands…her human foster brother calls her a noodle. Sherrie has been in a foster home with kids 10 & 15, other cats, and 2 dogs – she’s great with all of them!
Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Kittens really need a playmate in their forever home…and then they can play and snuggle while you're not home. Sherrie needs to be adopted with her brother, Sherwood, since they are very bonded.
If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements.
You can meet Sherrie at her current foster home, Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., 7 days a week during normal store hours. (www.wilmettepetcenter.com, 847-251-6750). Although she is so sweet you will want to take her home on the spot, you will need to submit an application.
Sherrie’s estimated) date of birth is 4/5/17. Her adoption fee of $140.00 includes her vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, microchip and spay.
