Betty is a strikingly beautiful tortie with stunning coloring and eyes that seem to gaze into the depths of your soul. Our sweet girl’s friendly purrsonality and loving nature are simply a reflection of the outer beauty that initially catches everyone’s eye. Betty is a gentle, quiet kitty who is never happier than when she is receiving affection from her people. Betty loves to be held, loves to be brushed, and loves to be petted. And you’ll love petting her as much as she enjoys being pet – Betty’s fur is some of the softest you’ve ever come across! Betty is receptive to just about any type of cuddling you offer her! Not only does Betty seek your affection, she gives it right back to you as well!
Betty’s elegance may lead you to believe that she is not interested in play time, but show her a pipe cleaner or laser light and she will surprise you! She loves hanging out and playing in cat tunnels…especially when crinkly balls, toy mice, and cat dancer toys are involved! Betty gets along with other friendly kitties and will join in group playtime activities or explorations with no hesitation.
When she is ready for a little leisure time, she’ll find a perch or comfortable cat bed to snuggle in where she can watch her feline friends continue to frolic as she keeps an eye on everything. Come mealtime, Betty is always happy to have you join her and listens with interest when you update her on your day while she grazes on her meal.
Sadly, Betty’s person had to give her up when they became too ill it care for her. Such an unfortunate circumstance for both Betty and her person, but we are so happy to step in and make sure Betty finds a family who will make sure she is safe, cared for, and loved for all the rest of her days.
