My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Addison is a 1-year-old neutered male chocolate lab. Addison weighs 49 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.

Adison is from a rural area and has not been exposed to traffic, noise, or groups of people. If dogs are overwhelmed by their environment, they can exhibit behaviors like excessive barking. To avoid this, for now we are limiting placement to stand alone single family homes in a suburban neighborhood or rural area. As we learn more from the dog's time spent in foster, we will evaluate if placement can be expanded to include a more urban environment and send out an update.

Jun 18, 2017: Adison is a sweet girl with young lab energy. She is getting along fabulously with her three canine foster brothers and cuddling with foster mom. Shen went on a jog with foster mom and does well on leash. Adison knows sit amd wait, and is working on rembering to keep all her paws on the ground. She is house and crate trained and sleeps through the night without a peep. She is curious about everything in life. She has a bit of a solemn face sometimes, but a joyous happy personality!

Jun 15, 2017: Had Adison & Angel out playing they did well together. Angel wasn't sure why Adison was dancing around with a toy in her mouth but was soon chasing Adison around the yard. They soon swapped off the toy and Adison was soon chasing Angel who would hop up on the table . They had a ball playing together and are looking forward to going to a new home.

Jun 5, 2017: Adison is 100 % pure puppy who loves to play and be with you. She will crawl up in your lap to be close to you. She has been out with other dogs and likes to be with them when she out in the yard. Has started to show an interest in playing with toys had her out his morning with Dixie Rose at first she wasn't sure about this playing stuff but caught on in a couple of minutes and was soon stealing the stuffed toy from Dixie who is pretty good at keeping it away.. She would love a home with a fenced yard so she can run and stretch her legs while she plays. Needs fence either physical or underground so she won't wander off..
Kids 10 and up as we don't have history. Good with other dogs has been out with other LR pups at the kennel with no problems. No cat history. Knows sit, Will have a training addendum as she is a young pup. She hasn't been on lead much but is learning. Crate trained and is keeping her room clean at the kennel

Watch her at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgHOHb72Tj4.
