Mallee's Story...
Mallee is a 3 month old sweet snuggle bug! This girl loves to snuggle up with her foster mom and even sleeps in bed with her now! Mallee loves to play outside and does great in the car. She is wonderful with other dogs and walks well on leash...but when she's tired she will lay down and make you carry her! Mallee is using puppy pads and is doing great on housebreaking. If you'd like to add Mallee to your family please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an online application. Mallee is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mallee, a Southington Boston Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Southington, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
