My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sonya is a female, purebred Yorkshire Terrier, 1 ½ years of age. She has a lovely appearance with a beautiful coat of light silver with tan accents. She is currently sporting a cute puppy cut, but recent photos show her with more hair. Sonya is a petite girl weighing 5 ¼ lbs. which is a good adult weight for her size. She recently arrived from Korea. Sonya was surrendered to a Korean rescue organization by her owner/breeder. She is a little shy, but she enjoys being held and receiving affection. Although Sonya is fine with other small dogs, she will form a bond with a person and increase her socialization faster as an “only” pet in a loving home. Sonya is truly a delightful sweetheart, but please, no children under eight. Sonya needs a person with time and patience to help her with house training and how to enjoy life as a companion pet. Her adoption fee is $600.00 which will help defray some of the costs of bringing her to the United States and providing her with medical care.
