My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bentley was abandoned by his owner along with another dog named Truman. The dogs were just given these names so they probably will not respond to them. Bentley is a gorgeous Standard Schnauzer mix that's only 7 months old. We don't know much about either dog. They are very friendly but being so young can use some guidance. It's not known the circumstances as to why they were abandoned. Both were found to be heartworm positive upon arrival. Bentley has been treated, is healthy and ready to start his new life with a forever family. Stop by and spend some time with Bentley and get to know him. He's a nice fellow that would love to find a family to love.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
