My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a 2 and 1/2 yr old red fawn boy who had a very short racing career. He just hitched a ride from the greyhound farm in OK and is looking for his forever home. His small dog and cat status is not yet known.

Everyone says I'm Lucky, but all of the changes have been a little overwhelming. I'm an introvert, so it takes me awhile to adjust to new things and be brave enough to meet people.

My favorite new activity is singing with the roosters. When they say cockadoodle doo, I say cockdoodle ROOOOOOO! It's a great way to start the day.

I think I'd be happiest in a home with another doggie who can be my mentor and friend, and a chicken who can be my karaoke buddy. I'm really looking forward to getting settled in a calm, quiet home with my forever person and my new pals.
