Sadie Jean's Story...
SADIE JEAN was surrendered to the shelter after being found as a stray and is now available for adoption. This 23 pound 3 yr. old Miniature Australian Shepherd is all set on her vaccines, micro-chipped, heart worm negative and spayed. Sadie appears to be housebroken and walks nicely on a leash. This young gal is very loving and is friendly with the staff. Sadie is looking forward to a new loving forever home. "Aussies" are very active and would do really well in an active family where she can get plenty of exercise. They are not content to sit around as they are highly intelligent and like to have a "job". Stop by and meet this beautiful dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie Jean, a Palm Coast Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Palm Coast, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Palm Coast.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm Coast already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm Coast breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm Coast paves the way for another one to be saved.
