POLO IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION IN NEE JERSEY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Polo is a sweet and loving 4 year old Shih Tzu/ Havanese mix. Polo came to us from an over crowded New Jersey shelter. He was matted, dirty and in need of some major TLC. He enjoys cuddling with his foster mom and spending time outside investigating the back yard for new adventures. Polo needs to be in a special needs dog experienced adult only home with NO child interaction at any time, as sometimes is anxiety gets the best of him. When this happens he can have an adverse reaction if the warning signs are not realized by the people around him. He would also do best as the only pet in the home as he craves all the attention from his humans. Polo will need to be on medication for the rest of his life to control his anxiety, but that doesn't stop us from finding him the perfect forever home.
