Farrin's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Farrin's Story...
Farrin is a happy, active smaller size dog. He is social and really adores the volunteers. He likes to take walks but can pull hard on the leash. He is a solid, durable dog and would enjoy any outdoor activity with his "person." He loves toys and will catch and fetch. He is treat motivated so will be easy to train. He knows "sit" and is eager to learn more. He is people friendly and easy to handle; listening well. He will bark to express his excitement but calms down quickly. Farrin is clean in his kennel so could possibly be housebroken. He does good with other non-aggressive dogs but does bark at the cats in their cages so a home without cats might be best.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Farrin, a Creston Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Creston, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Creston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Creston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Creston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Creston paves the way for another one to be saved.
