My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was wandering around the freeway hoping it would lead to my home, but was picked up by a kind person who took me to safety. After making all efforts to find my family, they brought me to Forte to find me a new home. Although I can be with other dogs, I really prefer to be your only canine company because I love humans and actively seek out their attention. I will snuggle with you, follow you around, take long walks, lay by your side, and sleep next to you! I am quiet, calm and pretty gentle, but am also very curious and eager to learn how to be an obedient girl. I may be a youngster and immature, but I really want to grow into a well-behaved dog so will benefit from guidance that has structure and firm boundaries. I also need to practice my leash skills and have just started learning commands, so maybe you will want to learn these with me? If you are looking for a loyal companion who will love you to pieces, would you consider taking me home?
