Delilah's Story...
Delilah is a beautiful girl that's as sweet as she is pretty. She's social, happy, house trained. Her owner took a new job that has him traveling and he could no longer keep her. She loves people, has liked the handful of dogs she's met here.

Delilah is a blue pit bull mix, around 8 months old and 55 lbs. She's already spayed, is on heartworm prevention and has had all vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Delilah, a Charlotte Pit Bull Terrier/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Mixed Breed (Medium) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Mixed Breed (Medium) breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Mixed Breed (Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
