Buster's Story...
Buster was born on 04/28/17. His mom is a spaniel and chihuahua mix (best guess) who ended up at the shelter stray and ready to give birth. She weighs just seven pounds, but he already weights almost three pounds so he may be a 12-15 pound dog when he's full grown. He appears to be a no shed dog, so dad must have been a poodle, bichon, or other no shed breed. His coat will require brushing and hair cuts. He may be hypo allergenic, but is a mix who's mother sheds, so we have no way of knowing for sure. All puppies need love and lots and lots of training. If you think your family is ready for this commitment please fill out an application online at http://1luckydogrescue.org. He will be ready to leave his foster home the weekend of 07/01/17. PLEASE, no phone calls.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Pleasanton Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Poodle (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Pleasanton, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Poodle (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Pleasanton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pleasanton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pleasanton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pleasanton paves the way for another one to be saved.
