Excuse me…hey…over here…can we talk? I have a bone to pick with you, which in doggie-talk means, ‘let’s pick at a bone together…I can share!’ My name is Bo, and I am a 6 year old Beagle mix. I am not sure what happened to me. One minute I was in a happy home, and the next I was here…did I get too old? Hog-wash…I am still a spry young guy! A spring chicken if you will. I have not reached the ‘twilight of my life’ yet, and have lots of years of love to give.E
I am a nose to the ground hound, and can sniff out just about anything. Hey, that is a serious talent where I come from. I can be a bit clingy, but that is to be expected after what I have been through. Once I am with my forever family, and feeling the love, that should dissipate. I have only been here at the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter for a week, but it seems I do ok with both dogs and cats. They tell me I am a sweetheart, which of course I already knew, but I love it when they tell me that. I have a sexy, raspy bark thing going for me, and I have true Beagle tri coloring. My markings are quite handsome.
I don’t know why, but I am not a toy guy. I guess the sniffing and exploring get in the way of that doggie ritual. I am neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on my shots. I would love to take a walk with you and tell you more about me. Come on down for a visit.
