My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

13 year old Dixie was abandoned by her owners for reasons that we just don't know alongwith her 8 year old son, Joey. Dixie is a little timid - but one of the sweetest, most gentle, easy going souls on this earth. She wants nothing more than to please us. Dixie is spayed, up to date on distemper/parvo and rabies vaccines, totally crate trained, and housebroken. There has NEVER been a nicer dog than Dixie. If you would like to give Dixie a soft place to lay her head, and the love she so deserves in her Senior years, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org)
