Facts about Minnie

I rescued Minnie from the kill shelter because they were going to put her down because she had broken leg. I decided to foster her and help heal her leg, which is now fully healed. She now has no medical issues. She loves people and children. She is very friendly with all people and she loves meeting everyone she passes. She is loving and affectionate towards all humans and she really loves cuddling. Her biggest problem is she is not good with other dogs. She loves my other rescue now, but it took her a couple of weeks to adjust to her. On walks when she sees another dog she begins jumping and growling. She reacts this way even when the dogs are far away on the street and she begins pulling towards them. There are hundreds of dogs in this neighborhood, so walking her around here is stressful. Her background is unknown. She would do well in a neighborhood that doesn't have a lot of dogs. It's hard to avoid other dogs here. She could use training for her aggression towards other dogs. I want her to have a loving home. I will pay for any type of adoption fee that this site charges. I'll be very sad to see her go!
