Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful little girl looks to be a Havanese/Lhasa mix maybe. We really have no idea what mix she is, except she is just the prettiest and sweetest dog. She is approx 1 year old and 16 lbs. She is very well behaved and with a sweet disposition. She was very timid and shy when we brought her in but after a few days was out running and playing with her buddies. She loves her doggie bed and will curl up on it when not playing outside. She seems to be fairly well house trained and does pretty well on a leash. She has beautiful thick, long coat and will need regular grooming. As she is timid we prefer a house with older children. She did test positive for heart worms and has been treated with the required series of injections, and we have started her on heart guard monthly and require that the dogs stay on it for life.
The total adoption fee of $525 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at http://houstonshaggydogrescue.org/application-process/
