This boy was found wandering the streets of Elizabeth,NJ and was picked up. Seems to be afraid of loud noises and other dogs at the shelter, except for smaller dogs. He is very quiet and sweet. Showed zero response in cat room or during female dog test
He has come a long way but he needs a home or a rescue to give him a chance!

Please be advised because of space dogs in this shelter will not last long. If interested call as soon as possible.
