My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack came to me at 4 days old and is now 7 weeks. He will be available for adoption when he turns 8 weeks. He was a bottle fed baby, therefore, he will need an experienced dog owner to make sure he grows into a well behaved adult. His mother was a St. Bernard I am told. He is a mix of a St. Bernard, Mastiff, lab, and vizsla I’m told. I can’t really see the St Bernard or Vizsla yet, but who knows. He is a spunky little guy who is doing excellent with house training and has had his first distemper/parvo shot. He is healthy and will grow into a BIG boy. If he isn’t at least 100 lbs, I will be shocked. I would prefer he go to a home with older kids only, just because he is supposed to grow big and is a big puppy now. He still mouths and bites, trying to play so he still needs work on that and probably will for a while. He does well with my dogs and is fine with my cat right now, but I have no way of knowing how he will be as he gets older. If you are interested in Jack, submit an application on our website. I will require the adopter to attend puppy classes of some type with him. His adoption donation is $300 and once he is neutered, the adopter will receive a $100 refund, unless I can have him neutered before adoption. Submit an application at www.hubbardshounds.com if interested, NO PHONE CALLS.
