Lucy is a sweet, 2 to 3 year old border collie mix. We think she is a border collie x Australian cattledog cross.

Lucy comes to us from the Twin Falls Animal Shelter. When Lucy first came to us she was depressed. She had no idea why her family abandoned her at the shelter.

After several weeks, Lucy is finally coming out of her shell!

This is a very devoted dog who is housetrained and crate trained. We are estimating her weight at about 45 pounds. She isn't very tall, but she is solid! Lucy has a full tail and it is now wagging most of the time.

Lucy gets along with other dogs, and loves people. Her foster mom says Lucy is not good with cats. Did we say she adores humans?! She is a moderate energy dog that is good on leash. Also, she is a quiet dog that rarely barks.

Lucy is sound sensitive so needs to be indoors during fireworks or other loud outdoor activities.

We promised Lucy that we would find her a home where she can be with her people most of the time. She has excellent house manners and is happy to just hang out with her foster family. She rides well in the car and loves to run errands with her foster mom.

Lucy's adoption fee is $225 and includes spay, vaccinations, microchip, collar and ID tag.
