Orson is a cute tiny shih tzu whose owners abandoned him by leaving him tied to a pole for 5 hours on a hot day:(. We aren't sure exactly what he has been through but he has a bit of an attitude and feels he has to protect himself and his territory from strangers. Once he bonds he's a complete mush with his person, likes to be held and cuddled and will defend you with his life. He's 10lbs full grown and we think only about 1-2 years old. He's looking for an adult home without a lot of people coming and going. He gets along with most other dogs as long as they respect his space. . We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash) in Morris Plains (Denville on GPS).
