My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE:***Duke has been with our great fosters down at Camp Bow Wow and he is doing great. He has fallen in love with one of the wonderful people who works there and follows her around like a shadow. Duke is truly seeking a home that will show him the love he deserves and who will let him bond to his special someone. Are you looking for a dog who will bond with you and adore you everyday of his life? This is your guy! Duke will make someone a great addition to their family. Please don't pass this handsome and loving guy up.**** Duke is our super sweet guy who needs a fun loving home. Duke is our handsome 2 year old man who loves people and does great with most other dogs. Duke has moderate to high energy and would love a home that will give him love, attention, and exercise. Duke loves to go for walks with his best friend Clancy and loves to sit at your feet all day while you pet his head and tell him how handsome he is. Duke knows some basic commands such as sit but will need a little bit more work on his leash walking. This gorgeous boy does ok around kids but would probably not do well in a home with delicate or small kids as he tends to not realize how big he is and may knock them over as he walks by them. Duke is crate trained and we suggest that he be left in the crate when no one is home to prevent any boredom issues. Duke is fully house trained and would be a fantastic addition to someone looking for a happy and loving dog. Due to Duke's chase drive he can not go to a home with cats. Note: Please fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you within 1-2 business days. We do not have a central office facility, all of our pets are housed in foster homes until they are adopted. Your first step in adopting a furry friend is to go to our website www.rainbowrescues.org and fill out an application.April 26, 2024, 6:44 am
