Mike's Story...
Male Bichon Frise 6 years old neutered

Mike is our 6 year old neutered Bishon Frise.  He is a spunky little fella who would make a great companion dog.  MIke gets along with other dogs but would prefer a home with no children.  If you have a cat we can certainly test Mike with cats. Mike is housebroken, leash trained and has a loving spirit.  If you are looking for a TV mate or a little cute guy to walk around the neighborhood, Mike is for you.  He is current on all his shots too. Please fill out an adoption application and a volunteer will set up a meet and greet with you and Mike.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mike, a Chicopee Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Chicopee, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Chicopee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicopee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicopee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicopee paves the way for another one to be saved.
