My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leila is a special girl: she's a sweet and quiet female hound/beagle/maybe some shar-pei in the mix, 7-8 yrs. old, and about 40 lbs. She is really easy-going and easy to love. Well-behaved, not a barker, likes to lounge around the house like many senior dogs and take in the sun- when it's available, or cuddle on the couch. She rides well in the car and walks easily on leash. She would be perfect as a companion for a middle-aged or senior person who wants a laidback type of dog. She's also OK with cats. PLEASE NOTE: Leila is located in a foster home in Vermont.
