My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

His name means "happy" and "lucky" and this little boy is both. Felix is exactly what you would expect from a beagle puppy and he is absolutely the cutest little guy you've ever seen! Somehow this tiny, adorable babe found himself all alone at the shelter at 3 lbs. and approximately 6 weeks of age. FOR quickly sprang into action and had him in a loving foster home within hours so this little angel could stay healthy. We calculate that he was born around May 10.

Felix is spunky, full of energy, completely adorable, fearless, friendly, affectionate, playful -- everything he should be! He has the softest puppy fur and beautiful markings. Felix couldn't possibly be any cuter! He adores the other dogs in his foster home and thinks that he can do everything they can do. He loves chasing and playing with them so his ideal forever home would definitely include another small dog (or dogs!) for him to play with.

Felix is making progress on housetraining. He is crated overnight and when no one is at home. He usually fusses for a couple of minutes after being placed in his crate but then he settles down nicely.

Felix will be available for adoption 7/14/17. He will be neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped upon adoption, and he is current on preventatives and dewormed. He is located in Huntsville, AL, but is available for adoption in your area!
