My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duke was surrendered by a family that got him as a puppy and didn't have time for him anymore. He is very smart and since being in fostered he graduated doggie school. He loves to run and play and be loved on by anyone who meets him. He is some type of Shepherd/ Retriever and/or hound in there as well, he is only a year old. He is about 70lbs and won't get much bigger. He is good with other dogs, he is housetrained and eager to please. He is still young so his idea home would be where he has time and space to run and play ball, take walks and go to the lake, play with other dogs, etc. Duke has no tail, it is not clear if he was born that way or if it was cropped at some point but it adds to his cuteness. Duke is extremely intelligent and because of that, he does best with a strong leader. He loves to go out for hikes but also is medium energy for his age. He is best with adults and would do well with or without a canine companion. Come meet him anytime.

Duke is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives, heartworm negative and has a valid health certificate.
