Hi! My name is Fenn and I am a 9-month-old, HIGH ENERGY male border collie mix pup! I weigh 35-40 lbs. am neutered, microchipped, have current vaccines, crate trained, and very healthy with no food allergies. I am cute and sociable and love trips to the pet store, taking daily walks, and going to dog parks to interact with other pooches. My favorite place is Fiesta Island Dog Park where I can run along the beach.

I know my basic commands, smart and learn quickly. I am a good boy and do not dig in the yard or jump the fence. I am not fond of the car and need to be lifted into it, but once in, I'm okay. Even though I've grown up with my sister cats, I still like to chase them and bark at them. I am also fascinated with the birds, squirrels and bunnies that roam our neighborhood. I still need work on my manners as I still nip and jump.

My owners love me very much, but they are worried that they cannot spend the time I need to keep my energy at a manageable level. It also makes mom sad and worried that I may hurt my sister cats or other small pets. She thinks an active adult family, without small children or pets, would be a better family for me because I would be able to participate in cool activities such as running or biking. She also thinks that I would be happy having dog sisters or brothers, and a home where I can do a lot of running. I know that it breaks her heart to find me a new forever home, but she also knows it's what is fair and best for me. I live in the Northeast area of San Diego and would love to meet you!

Mom is asking a re-homing fee of 150.00 that she will donate to the Border Collie Rescue organization to help my fellow border collies also find good homes.
